QC Terme spa and resorts<\/strong> wanted to introduce an intelligent hospitality format for a newly developed hotel, the QC room a San Pellegrino Terme<\/strong><\/a>, by automating routine operations and focusing staff on higher value-added activities.<\/p>\n

Aitech then provided three eWelcome24 totems,<\/strong> customized with gold finish and mirrored glass, fully integrated with HOTELCUBE management software<\/strong> from Proxima Service to provide a self-service check-in\/check-out service,<\/strong>, capable of accepting debit and credit card payments<\/strong> ed anche dotati di printers<\/strong> for room code issuance and payment transactions.<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>) Self Check-in<\/strong> verification of reservation codes and reservation data in real time between eWelcome24 and HOTELCUBE.<\/p>\n

1a) Modules Scanning<\/strong>, Signing<\/strong> and Paying<\/strong> the balance<\/p>\n

1b) Access Code visualization<\/strong>\u00a0(Microdevice) for room opening.<\/p>\n

2) Self Check-out<\/strong> real-time statement status display with Paying<\/strong>\u00a0(Ingenic) of the balance and possibility of charging for the minibar or other services consumed.<\/p>\n
